Covid-19 Update
We're actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 outbreak. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, order fulfillment timelines are taking a little longer than usual as we work to keep our team safe and provide you a high quality product. Because of this, some orders are likely to see fulfillment delays and we are not able to prioritize orders. 

Currently, we have updated our apparel fulfillment time frame estimate to 10-17 business days, but sometimes sooner. After that, it goes to shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation with your tracking number to the email or phone number you provided during check out.

We apologize in advance for our longer than usual shipping times. To those who have been patient and understanding: thank you for being with us while we weather these changing times.

Shipping
US customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 7 business days or less. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, some mail that may take longer to arrive than normal. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Canadian customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 15 business days or less. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, some mail that may take longer to arrive than normal. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

International customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 20 business days or less. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, some mail that may take longer to arrive than normal. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

International customers are responsible for any duties associated with purchase.

 

Returns
All sales are FINAL. All products on this site are made to order so as a result we do not accept any returns. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty printing, tears and holes), we'll gladly replace it. Simply email us and provide your order number along with a picture of the item.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen, change of heart on color (where applicable), etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing guide or contact us via email if you're unsure before purchasing.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address YOU provide during order processing.

 

 

Additional
In some instances with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity in our store. This is not considered a defect in quality or product.

If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect.

Additionally, we are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
